The mission of        I-PhiT is to foster healthier lifestyle options to reduce health risk factors, improve overall well being, and maintain a productive active community. Also, I-PhiT strives to provide information to the public so they can make informed choices about their health and lifestyle habits.


Program Objectives: 

  • Improving our community’s health through lifestyle and habit modification
  • Making free health screenings accessible to all, regardless of economic status or other limiting factors
  • Community wide promotion through educational initiatives clearly outlining benefits of physical activity, proper nutrition and yearly monitoring of results 
  • Eliminating disparities in health, safety and well-being for all community participants




I-PhiT has made a commitment to improve the health and wellness of countries across the globe.  I-PhiT continues to promote health and quality of life for all populations, through all life stages, by providing preventive care through education and community involvement through our National Public Health Initiatives.



Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move Campaign:

One special campaign that I-PhiT champions vigorously promoted by the First Lady, Michelle Obama, titled: “Let’s Move Campaign”, which was launched on February 9, 2010. “Let’s Move” was developed around the cautionary message that, “The physical and emotional health of an entire generation and the economic health and security of our nation is at stake.”
